Hi, I’m Ada Andrade

I have been working as a mental health therapist for over 10 years in California and Colorado.

Throughout my career, I have provided school-based therapy, in home therapeutic services, case management, and in office therapeutic services. My primary focus in private practice has been working with adults and adolescents who have/are experiencing trauma in their childhood or adulthood, trauma related symptoms, emotional abuse, and relationship issues.

My previous experience has been working with youth and families focusing on trauma and trauma related symptoms (depression, anxiety, PTSD) and at-risk youth. I have been supervising Associates for the past three years in guiding and teaching them how to work with clients and to take care of themselves. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with my supervisees.

Goal/Mission:

My mission is to empower adults and adolescents to heal from the lasting impact of trauma and rediscover their inherent self-worth. Through compassionate, non-judgmental, client-centered therapeutic approach — individual and, when appropriate, family therapy — I strive to create a safe and supportive space where healing, growth, understanding, and resilience can flourish. I am dedicated to helping individuals deepen their understanding of themselves, process painful experiences with empathy and care, and build healthier, more meaningful connections with themselves and others. My goal is to foster hope, self-compassion, and lasting emotional wellness for every person I serve.
