Session Fees

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans that offer out-of-network benefits, including PPO and POS plans. Our office manager will verify your out-of-network benefits and provide a custom quote for you to approve before beginning therapy.
We are only able to submit claims to primary insurance plans.

Understanding Your Out-of-Network Benefits
If you’re planning to use out-of-network benefits, it can be helpful to contact your insurance provider to better understand your coverage. Here are a few questions you can ask:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
What percentage of each session will be reimbursed after my deductible?
Is there a limit to how many sessions are covered per year?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards
